*I have been training with David now for nearly six months and sadly my job is re-locating so our sessions our coming to an end. David is
not only a fantastic person but a true professional, he's
pushed me to my limit. I've seen the results I signed up for but also learnt some really great techniques. I'm a 31 year old woman and sometimes it can be a little daunting to train with a male, but
David made me feel so comfortable form the get go. We not only train hard but we also laugh and he's the best remedy after a hard day in the office. I highly recommend David.
*I have going to see David for a deep tissue massage for the past three years. I have a desk bound
job and I also exercise 4 times a week which leaves me with tense muscles .David gives a fantastic
massage combined with applied stretching to the affected areas which gets me moving again.I would have no hesitation in recommending David as a masseur as he is one of the best in London .

attitude is motivating with a balanced approach, helping you reach your goals, and maintain fitness

*I came to see David to address a shoulder problem where I had developed arthritis. Over a few
months we built muscle and strength in my upper body. I was impressed with David's knowledge, careful
pacing and responsiveness to my feedback. Central London location works well too.
*I had the pleasure of working with David whilst living in London where I was a member of two gyms
and did a lot of running on my own. I initially sought someone to help me with my flexibility and to
help me before/after running events. David really exceeded my expectations. He put together a very personalised program based on my needs and areas where we thought I could improve. We moved onto
focus on other specific areas like my back. I was always impressed with David\'s dedication and knowledge of the body. He kept things interesting all the time and is far better than trainers whom you
find at the big gyms. I feel that David could work well with a variety of people to help achieve all sorts of fitness needs.
*David is the best sports masseur that I have come across. I suffer with compressed discs in neck
and lower back and they play up from time to time so I have tried different masseurs, physios and
osteopaths over the last few years. However, David has been the most effective of any of them. He is professional and intuitive in responding to the physical problem and is by far the best in the
business. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
*I have trained on and off with David for approaching two years. David has a rare quality; he is
able to remain professional and effective whilst maintaining a human and friendly demeanour. He cares
about fitness and about improving his clients. I have no hesitation in recommending David for PT.
*David helped me to shed my flab and tone up by changing my diet and a great mix of cardio &
weight sessions. He absolutely know his stuff and ensures that each session is fun (in a tough way) and
different. I always look forward to my sessions! A friendly and professional way to train with Perks!
*David helped me to learn how to eat healthy as well has incorporate a good fitness programme into
my lifestyle, I needed to lose two and half stone in 3 months before my wedding and David helped me
achieve the body I've always dreamed of he has very good motivation skills and helped me reach my targets in good confidence and pushed me to give my maximum effort
*Good personal trainers are hard to find. This is why I'm taking the time to write this. I have to
say that I was thoroughly impressed with David Perks.
He's a professional in the field. He took into considerations my need for training, my personal goals and set a training schedule that worked with my body, my fitness level (and my work hours). I
have become leaner, stronger and importantly just feel a lot better and it's only been 2 months.
Another trait that is hard to find is someone that is personable - who makes you feel comfortable, who you can share the occasional laugh with but who is not afraid to push you to help you achieve
your goals. I tried his sports massage service which was exceptional. Both services are very well priced also.

I have nearly 10 PT's over the last 12 years and David at Fitness Perks really knows how to bring my body into shape.
