Where does the training take place?
My clients come from wide and far. The majority train with me at my fitness studio in Soho, London. It's a private space with no distractions, such as music TV and other gym members. It is completely one-2-one training so there is no escaping what you signed up for.

 

 

My credentials?
I hold an American College of Sports Medicine Personal Training qualification. I am also a certified YMCA Fitness Instructor and hold a British Gymnastics coaching certificate. I have over 10 years experience in the fitness industry.

 

 

Why should I spend money on a personal trainer? I can do it by myself.
If it was easy, we would all be in great shape? The key to improving the body is adaptation. Once the body get's used to a training stimulus, it adapts and therefore loses its affect. The trick is, is to regularly change the training program, making it periodic. I'm here, to keep that training program varied and work with your bodys limits!

 

 

How often do I have to train with you?
That is entirely up to you and depends on the amount of time you have and how committed you are. Usually, I train with my clients once/twice a week. Which is a good basis to make progress and to establish routine. After a a month or two you can add more sessions, depending how you feel.

 

 

 

When will I see results?

Depending on whether you are looking to add muscle or lose fat will determine how long it will take to see results. Improvements in muscle mass can take shape between 2-3 months and becomes a continual process depending on how much muscle you want to add*. On the other hand, fat loss kicks in from the beginning - as soon as you decide to engage in physical activity and nutrional management, you will start to see fat loss very early.
