About Me

I have over 14 years experience as a fitness professional and many more years as an athlete. I am a YMCA qualified fitness Instructor, American College of Sports Medicine Certified Personal Trainer, Olympic Weightlifting and a recognised British Gymnastics Coach.

 

Working one2one with me in my private studio in W1, you are sure to achieve the results you want. There are no distractions, no other gym users or TV screens to take you off your A game. Whatever stage you are at in your fitness, I am here to push you forwards and take you to new levels.

 

Training doesn't have to be a labour or a chore, but something you can look forward to. I will make your sessions fun, different and most of all, challenging!
